Our 5 Step process begins like all traditional files, utilizing our SmartApp technologies and our FLOIFY CRM to gather all necessary information from our partners. Once files are created and all related “partners” are copied to the file, our processors will take over from start to finish.
Step 1: File Review and Inventory
Each file is inventoried for all required initial documentation. If any documents required are missing, our team and systems will reach out to the clients and remind them daily of outstanding documents. All “partners” on the file will get notifications of all outstanding documents pending.
Step 2: Underwriting
Our expert underwriters will calculate all related income, review credit, assets, and provide a program availability.
Step 3: Pre-Approval
Out systems will be updated with all qualification findings and Pre-Approvals can be obtained electronically at any time, by the clients or authorized “partners”.
Step 4: Disclosures and Submission
Our staff will coordinate the signing of disclosures with the clients and submit loan file the appropriate lender of choice.
Step 5: Funding and Closing
Our staff will work directly with your clients to obtain all needed conditions, rate lock, CTC, and doc signings.
